To The Penna Mindset Series

The Penna Mindset Series is a number of studies that look at the professional and leadership challenges being faced by senior professionals in the private and public sectors.

Our recent study, Mindset of the HRD, focuses on the changes, challenges and influence shifts experienced by senior HR professionals during the last twelve months.

With the continuing uncertainty in the global economy, many organisations have needed to restructure or downsize, bringing the role of HR more into focus. We've interviewed a number of high profile HR professionals and gained some fascinating insights into how the position of HR has changed; what is on their current agenda; how they are helping to address gender imbalance in the Boardroom and what they need to do as the economy starts to grow.
